By joining SocialTrust Affiliates (via Rewardful or any successor platform we designate), you agree to these Affiliate Terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program overview
SocialTrust Affiliates pays cash commissions for referred customers who subscribe to paid Growth or Business plans. Tracking and payouts are administered through Rewardful connected to our Stripe billing.
2. Commission
- Rate: 30% of net paid subscription revenue (excluding tax, refunds, and chargebacks).
- Duration: Recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer’s paid subscription.
- Eligible plans: Growth and Business only. Free accounts generate no commission.
- Qualification: Commission accrues only after a successful paid invoice (
amount_paid > 0).
3. Cookie and attribution
Affiliate links use a 60-day cookie with last-click attribution (Rewardful ?via= parameter).
If a visitor later signs up with a customer referral code (?ref=), the friend-referral discount program may still apply to the invitee;
cash affiliate commission follows Rewardful’s attribution rules and is separate from in-app coupon rewards.
4. Payouts
- Minimum payout: £50.
- Cadence: monthly, Net-15 after month close, via the payout methods Rewardful supports.
- Commissions remain pending for a holding period (typically 14–30 days) to allow for refunds and chargebacks.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Self-referrals (same person, household, business, payment method, or IP cluster).
- Bidding on “SocialTrust” or confusingly similar trademarks in paid search without written approval.
- Spam, malware, misleading claims, or fake reviews.
- Cookie stuffing or forced redirects.
We may void commissions and suspend or terminate your affiliate account for abuse or fraud.
6. Relationship to customer referrals
The in-app “Give 20% / Get 20%” referral program is a separate discount program for existing customers. Affiliate cash commissions are not paid on that coupon track. See the FAQ on /affiliates.
7. Clawbacks
If an invoice is refunded or charged back within the holding period (or as required by Stripe/Rewardful rules), the related commission is reversed. We may offset future payouts for prior clawbacks.
8. Independent contractors
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of SocialTrust. You are responsible for your own taxes and marketing compliance in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the program rates with notice on this page or by email. Either party may end participation at any time; unpaid eligible commissions already earned remain payable subject to these terms.
